What this is

A Model Context Protocol server that exposes live East Tennessee MLS data inside Claude. Thirty tools for comps, market trends, agent and office production, open houses, school-zone search, and more.

Access is gated by a shared SPARK ACCESS TOKEN. If Derek has shared the token with you, you're in.

Setup

Open Claude Desktop or claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add Custom Connector.
Name: East TN MLS
Remote MCP server URL: https://etn.caldwellai.com/mcp
Click Add. A browser tab opens to a consent page.
Paste the Spark Access Token Derek shared with you. Click Authorize.
The connector becomes active. You'll see thirty tools available.

Try it

Once connected, try asking Claude:

"Get comps for 1234 Anywhere Ln in Knoxville TN, 4 bed, 2,800 sqft."
